Vision

The vision of Kashyap Reshi Foundation is to build an inclusive, skilled, and economically empowered Jammu & Kashmir, where every individual—especially persons with autism, youth, women, and marginalized groups—has access to right to good education, dignified employment, sustainable livelihoods, and equal participation in society.

The Foundation envisions:

A Valley-wide ecosystem of skills, jobs, and livelihoods
Social and economic inclusion of persons with autism and special needs
Strengthened linkages between skills, markets, and employment
Preservation of traditional livelihoods alongside modern employability skills.

Core Mission

The core mission of Kashyap Reshi Foundation is to:
Provide quality education and sound health to remote areas.
Promote job-oriented skill development and capacity building
Organize and facilitate job fairs (Rozgar Melas) and employment drives
Enable up-skilling and re-skilling aligned with market demand
Support livelihood creation for persons with autism and special abilities
Work in close collaboration with government departments, agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners
Ensure district-wise outreach with centralized planning and monitoring
Centralized Operations.

Across Kashmir Valley
Kashyap Reshi Foundation operates through a centralized coordination mechanism, ensuring uniform standards, transparency, and effective implementation across all 10 districts of the Kashmir Division.

This centralized model enables

Valley-level planning and monitoring
District-wise implementation through partner agencies
Strong convergence with state and central government programs
Large-scale outreach and beneficiary linkage
Through this model, more than 2 lakh persons with autism and related stakeholders across the Kashmir Valley are directly or indirectly linked with the Foundation’s programs, services, and livelihood initiatives.
Job Fairs (Rozgar & Employment Melas)
A major pillar of the Foundation’s work is the organization and facilitation of Job Fair Melas and Employment Drives, conducted in collaboration with:
Government employment and skill departments
Training agencies and institutions
Industry partners and employers
Social sector organizations

These job fairs aim to:

Provide on-the-spot employment opportunities
Facilitate employer–candidate interaction
Offer career counseling and guidance
Link trained youth and special-needs candidates with suitable jobs
Special provisions are made to ensure inclusive participation of persons with autism, with supportive environments and role-specific placements.
Skill Training, Up-Skilling & Re-Skilling Centers

Kashyap Reshi Foundation supports and coordinates Skill Training Centers across the Jammu & Kashmir, focusing on:
Up-skilling: Enhancing existing skills for better productivity and income
Re-skilling: Training individuals in new trades aligned with market needs

Key sectors include

Handicrafts and artisan-based livelihoods
Service sector skills
IT and digital support roles
Small-scale manufacturing and self-employment trades
Autism-Focused Livelihood & Capacity Building
